Since this version of CS is so old you may encounter bug installing it on something newer than Windows XP.

CS2 Organization REQUIREMENTS
Mac OS Ten five.10.two.viii–v.10.iii.eight. PowerPC® G4 or G5 processor
Microsoft® Windows® 2000/Windows XP. Intel® Pentium® 3 or iv processor

That beingness said, gratis is free, and it's nice to have a legal re-create of CS2 to play around with. :)

This was an accidental release by Adobe, not meant to be public, which is why it has been removed.

These products were released over 7 years agone and practice not run on many modernistic operating systems. But to ensure that any customers activating those sometime versions tin proceed to utilize their software, we issued a serial number directly to those customers. While this might be interpreted as Adobe giving away software for costless, we did information technology to help our customers.
